Model Terms & Conditions
Demo and Delegate Model Treatments
1. Booking and Payment
All model bookings require payment of the advertised minimum model fee at the time of booking.
This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, lateness, or changes to personal availability.
Any additional treatment areas or product quantities agreed to on the day will be payable in full on the same day before treatment is carried out.
2. Medical and Psychological Suitability
All models must complete a full medical history questionnaire and informed consent form before any treatment.
Treatments will only be carried out if you are deemed medically and psychologically suitable following assessment by one of our prescribing medical professionals.
If, after assessment, you are found unsuitable for treatment, a refund will be provided.
3. Training Environment
Treatments are performed as part of a medical aesthetics training course and may be carried out by qualified medical professionals under supervision.
All delegates are registered medical practitioners whose qualifications and identification have been verified by Aesthetischool prior to attendance.
As this is a training setting, procedures may take longer than in standard clinical appointments and we may run over your treatment time. Please allow a further hour after your booked appointment.
Our training team provides continuous oversight and support during all treatments to ensure safety and best practice.
4. Trainers and Demonstrations
We cannot guarantee which trainer(s) or delegate(s) will perform your treatment or demonstration on the day.
Demonstrations may be performed by a doctor depending on course content and scheduling.
5. Clinic Environment and Conduct
No children or under-18s are permitted in the clinic for safety and insurance reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or remove individuals from the premises if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive to the training environment.
6. Treatment Outcomes and Follow-Up
As with all aesthetic treatments, results cannot be guaranteed, and outcomes may vary between individuals.
You may require follow-up or additional treatment to achieve or maintain your result. These will be available at The Doctor and Company at standard model rates.
Any concerns following your treatment should be directed to The Doctor and Company for medical review.
7. Clinic Locations
Model sessions are held at our training sites in Whitefield, Lymm, or Whalley.
The confirmed address will be provided at least 48 hours before your appointment.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Model fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person.
If you do not attend your appointment, your payment will be forfeited in full.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a model treatment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that treatments are performed in a training environment and accept the associated limitations and risks.
Delegate Model
As a Delegate Model, you will receive treatment from medical professionals who are completing advanced training in aesthetics. Rest assured, all delegates are vetted and carry professional registration. The treatments will be conducted under the close supervision of experienced medical aesthetic injectors, ensuring a safe and professional experience. Please note that some treatments may require a follow-up session, which will be performed by a doctor at The Doctor & Company, where our trainers frequently practice.
Demo Model
Demo Models have the unique opportunity to be treated directly by our expert trainers, who will demonstrate techniques to a group of delegates. If you choose to be a Demo Model, you must select the earliest available slots on the day of the training. During your session, the trainer will examine you in front of the delegates (up to 6) and discuss your anatomy, marking out the treatment areas. Like Delegate Models, Demo Models may also require a follow-up treatment, which will be completed by a doctor at The Doctor & Company.
Important Information
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: We regret that we cannot provide treatments to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
No Children Policy: For safety and focus, we maintain a strict no-children policy within our training centre.
