Course Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Aesthetischool Courses and Payment

Booking and Deposits:
1. To secure a place on any Aesthetischool course, a non-refundable deposit of £150 per candidate is required at the time of booking.
2. The deposit payment must be made to confirm your booking and secure your spot in the course.

Payment of Balance:
1. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid in full one week before the scheduled event.
2. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds:
1. The £150 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aesthetischool.com.
3. Cancellations made less than one week before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire course fee.
4. In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, we may offer to transfer your booking to a future course date.

Course Changes and Cancellations by Aesthetischool:
1. Aesthetischool reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary.
2. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Aesthetischool, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
